1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of PropMaster (propmaster.ae), operated by Fouroots International FZE. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. What PropMaster is
PropMaster is an online platform where owners, agents and companies list properties and other items for sale, rent or lease, and where visitors can search, compare and contact them. Fouroots International FZE is not a party to any sale, rental or other agreement between users, does not act as an agent for either side, and does not own or inspect the listed properties unless a listing says otherwise.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
4. Listings
- You are responsible for your listings being accurate, lawful and up to date, including price, location, photos and availability.
- You must have the right to advertise what you list, and any licence or permit the law requires in the UAE.
- You must have the right to publish the photos and text you upload. You give us permission to display them on PropMaster and to promote your listings.
- Listing packages and payments are described when you buy them. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing.
- We may edit, reject or remove listings that break these terms, without notice.
5. What you must not do
- Post false, misleading, duplicate or fraudulent listings, or listings for items you cannot legally offer.
- Harass other users, send spam, or use their contact details for anything other than the listing.
- Copy, scrape or collect listings or user data by automated means.
- Interfere with the website’s security or operation, or try to access other users’ accounts.
6. Dealing with other users
Check any property, its ownership and the other party before paying money or signing an agreement. Never pay deposits without seeing the property and its documents. Fouroots International FZE is not responsible for the conduct of users or for any loss from dealings between them.
7. Content and intellectual property
The website and its content are protected as described on our Copyright & Reserved Rights page.
8. Advertising
The website shows advertisements, including from Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not endorse the advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.
9. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate or that the website will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Fouroots International FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from listings or from dealings between users.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
